# How to Log Into the Web Portal

## Learn how to log into the SkillGrader web portal using the same credentials as the app. Includes URL format, access requirements, and troubleshooting tips.

SkillGrader's web portal allows you to access dashboards and reports associated with your organization’s training programs. Here's how to log in:

#### ✅ Login Instructions

1. **Open Your Browser**  
   Go to:
   
   ```
   https://[Organization].skillgrader.com/root/cnt/[Organization]
   ```
   
   Replace `[Organization]` with your actual organization name. For example, if your organization is *MetroFire*, the URL would be:
   
   ```
   https://metrofire.skillgrader.com/root/cnt/metrofire
   ```
2. **Enter Your Credentials**  
   Use the **same email and password** that you use to log into the SkillGrader app.

#### 🔍 Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in, follow these steps:

### 1. **Check with Your Administrator**

Make sure you’ve been:

- **Added as a user** in SkillGrader
- **Given the correct privileges** to view dashboards and reports

Your administrator can verify and adjust your access if needed.

### 2. **Still Can’t Log In?**

If your admin confirms that you have the right privileges and you're still unable to log in, please contact our **Support Team** for further assistance.
